My Life’s Mission

To help people feel their absolute best in their body and mind.

MY STORY

My path to medicine has been a winding one, but it all started with a desire to prevent disease and suffering.

I lost my father to lymphoma when I was 8 years old and became hyper-aware of our mortality. It has become my life’s mission to help people feel as good as they can in their bodies and minds so they can live the happiest, fullest life possible.

MY INTENTION

My approach to healthcare
is unique due to my
unconventional path.

Prior to medicine, I obtained my degree in Nutrition Science and NASM certification in personal training and worked as a nutritionist, health coach and personal trainer for years. I then pursued my medical education while conducting research on the gut microbiome and colon cancer.

After obtaining my board certification in Internal Medicine, I began my work as a Primary Care Physician. I concurrently pursuing additional training in Integrative and Functional medicine through UC Irvine’s Fellowship.

LET’S CONNECT

I treat adults in my medical practice in Los Angeles, CA and remotely.

Outside of medicine, you’ll likely find me working out or hiking with my husband and our fluffy Aussie, Taz!
